About Ben Boon
Ben Boon comes from a real growers’ family. He grew up in the Westland region, which is known in the Netherlands as the Glass City on account of its many greenhouses. He studied technology at an institute of technology and marketing at the Dutch Marketing Institute NIMA. In 1984 he chose a profession in greenhouse construction. Ben works as a partner for Thermoflor; he is sales manager. He is married and has three children. Among his interests and hobbies are architecture, retail, reading, cycling and working.
