About Ferry Breugem
Ferry Breugem was born and raised in the Dutch town of Bleiswijk, the eldest son of a modern farming family. At an early age he became interested in technology, which prompted him to study mechanical engineering at an institute of technology. Having started out in the oil & gas industry, he later decided to follow a more commercial career in greenhouse construction. He works as a partner for Thermoflor and has been active in export for more than 25 years. Ferry is married to Els and has a daughter, Feey. A wide diversity of hobbies and interests, including motorbikes, culture, travelling, basketball and painting, complement his life.
